One of the most picturesque grounds located on the coastline of Vishakapatnam and named after former chief minitser of united Andhra Pradesh, Dr.Y.S Rajashekhar Reddy, ACA-VDCA Cricket ground was established in the year 2003 and has a seating capacity of 25,000. The venue is the home ground to the Andhra Cricket Association and the likes of young rising talent Nitish Kumar Reddy, Srikar Bharat have all come up growing and playing at this venue.
Over the year's there have been a huge reduction in the number of international matches at Vizag, but it is one of the key venues for the domestic matches in India. The BCCI and IPL committe since last season has decided to host two games per season at this venue. The Delhi Capitals second home and it is one of the most lively grounds where the ball travels quickly and the outfield is rapid. In the 2025 IPL season, Vizag will be hosting two games schedule on 24th March and 30th March, where Delhi Capitals will square off against Lucknow SuperGiants and Sunrisers Hyderabad.
